We love a good, old-fashioned hop experiment. Lucky enough to trial some of the new flowable CO2 extract from YCH, we wanted to see what this guy can do in a Westie. Supplemented with Simcoe and Citra pellets, we let the flowable resin hero the aromatics. The result is all those classic Citra flavours dialled up a notch. Lemon, menthol and a slight tropical character in the nose, with flavours of citrus, melon and pine needles. It’s soft and delicate, with a balancing bitterness at the finish. Morrish and intense, we will definitely be exploring these extracts some more. - Working Title
