Beermash x Sailors Grave (AUS) x Brewski (SWE) Strawberry & Rhubarb Pie Pastry Sour

Beermash, Sailors Grave and Brewski recently got together for an international collaboration as a part of Pint of Origin: Scandinavia to make the first Brewski beer brewed in Australia.

Dayv at Beermash played matchmaker as both breweries make some of the finest fruited cream dessert beers in the world. Sailors Grave and Brewski shared their recipes while Chris and Gab from Sailors Grave sourced local rhubarb and strawberry providing the backbone to this delicious pastry inspired beer, their finest collaboration yet.
