Ordering

Beermash accepts orders 24/7 through our online store. All orders are subject to the applicable terms and conditions as set out on this page.

Orders can be picked up from our local store located at Collingwood, Melbourne 7 days, from 12pm to 11pm.

Shipping Policy

Beermash currently delivers in Australia only.

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. During peak periods, there may be delays to our normal processing time, but we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Any stated delivery times, however, are estimates only and are in no way guaranteed.

Shipping is free on orders over $200. For orders below $200, we charge a small fee of $12.50 for standard shipping.

All orders within Australia are shipped with our external carriers, including Sendle (via Couriers Please and Fastway and in regional areas, via Australia Post).

Same day delivery is available for delivery within 5km radius from Beermash’s physical store for orders received before 12 noon (excludes weekends and public holidays).

Tracking information will be sent to your designated email address when your order ships.

Return Policy

Please send all refund/return enquiries to info@beermash.com.au.

If you receive an item which is damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery, together with details of the damage, including photos.

We are not required to replace your product if you simply change your mind. However, if you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please bring your proof of purchase and the item to our physical store for inspection. We may, at our discretion, decide to exchange the item, providing that the item is returned to us in its original condition and is re-saleable within 14 days of delivery.

Of course, all non-excludable consumer guarantees and other consumer protection provisions set out in the Australian Consumer Law apply to all orders.

WARNING – under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence: To supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $19,000); for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $800).

Beermash will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, Beermash may restrict access to some or all of this Website, and may at any time and without notice amend, remove or vary any page of this Website.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Services (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. Beermash shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Services.

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. Beermash reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

Beermash does not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Services will be corrected.

3 Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

Beermash reserves the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased in any order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beermash expressly excludes all warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity and must not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but without limitation to any direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive or incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, profits, data or other intangibles, damage to goodwill or reputation, or the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services, arising out of or related to the use, inability to use, performance or failures of this Website or the Linked Sites and any materials posted on those sites, irrespective of whether such damages were foreseeable or arise in contract, tort, equity, restitution, by statute, at common law or otherwise.

This does not affect Beermash's liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
