Freedom & Resolve is a brand new DDH Kellerbier brewed to support relief efforts in Ukraine, in collaboration with Adelaide Beer & BBQ Festival and 2085 Brewery from Kyiv. This modern take on the Kellerbier style has been generously double dry-hopped with Citra and Eclipse. The hops jump out of the glass as soon as you crack the can and pour it. On the nose we get grapefruit and lime from the Citra paired with some sweet mandarin and just a hint of pine from the Eclipse. The palate follows the nose with a nice bready malt character that is rounded out by a super refreshing hit of bitterness. - Range
