Barrel Aged Mixed Culture Saison 7.6%

In anticipation of this year's festival, we've released the result of our 2022 collaboration day, a saison contributed to by 22 breweries from across Australia and New Zealand. A sample of house culture from each brewery was combined to inoculate the wort in ex-Chardonnay barrels. Organic Viognier skins were added to the barrels before fermentation.
