"Sourced from the Corsini Vineyard in the King Valley. The Corsini family have farmed this land since 1969, with the first vines being planted in 1980. A focus on soil health is key to the farming philosophy. The soils are red volcanic clay loams, with good drainage and high natural fertility.

Handpicked, de-stemmed, 6 days on skins with one hand plunging. Pressed to stainless for 4 months on full lees, then racked, sulphured & bottled  (unfined/unfiltered)"
