Brewed to honour and celebrate Oktoberfest, the centuries old celebration held once annually in Munich. This malt driven lager was brewed way back in early July. It features a combination of Pilsner and Munich malts and was singularly hopped with German grown Spalt Select hops. It went through an arduous step mash, has been cold fermented. Is unfiltered, naturally carbonated and was cold conditioned for many moons. Prost! - White Bay
